Picture Days: October 1 & 2, 2022

Location: Hamilton View Park, 1531 California Ave SW, Seattle

Event is for both WSSC and HSA Select Teams.

Coaches/Team Managers - Please select the desired time and complete the required information for picture day. Please don't forget to let your team know what time to arrive and advise everyone to arrive 15 min early so we are ready to go at your selected time.

NOTE: IF POSSIBLE, please schedule your team for Sunday afternoon as this will help Legends staff as this event is combined with WSSC teams. 

COACHING PLAQUES?? Coaches we are asking that you choose if you want a coach plaque or not this season - if you say no you'll still receive a coupon towards a team print as a thank you rather than the whole plaque.

The link for scheduling will close on 9/28 so that Legends can prep for the 10/1 picture day.

PARENTS: To make picture day the best experience Legends will need team families to register with their contact information so that Legends can reach them with their athlete's images once they are ready to be released.

Legends Sports Photography has transitioned to a new picture day experience and families now have the opportunity to preview athlete's individual and team images ahead of purchasing so you can choose the image you like most. They ask that you take a minute to register your player as well as contact information so they can get the ordering links and proof images out to you. If you do not register you are opting out of the opportunity to order this season there are no day of order forms or onsite options. We are excited to be able to offer our new View First with Legends picture day this season, staff will have a slip of paper for each player (based on the rosters you provided) on picture day so that parents do not have to worry about filling anything out ahead of time.

Email links will be sent out within one week of picture day after we have had the opportunity to add the names to the bottom of the photos. All orders are mailed directly to player homes and in most cases arrive within 10 days of ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: If links for ordering pictures are not received once images have been released please do the following.

1. Check Spam/Junk Folders
2. Email us at [email protected] with their athlete's first and last name as well as a note what league they are associated with so we can get the emails out.
3. Don't wait to reach out as the free shipping sale is for a limited time and we don't want anyone to miss their opportunity to save.
